2021 Family Success Story #4

Esperanza* was a pregnant single mother in need of a fresh start. She had no job, nowhere to go, and little hope that anyone would be able to help her or her baby. Family Promise of Ogden quickly accepted her into our program and offered shelter, food, and support to move forward. Esperanza worked hard with our case manager to secure a great job with benefits, and to apply for public assistance programs that would help support her new baby as she got back onto her feet. Once she got into a basement apartment, Family Promise of Ogden and its generous donors were able to provide supplies including diapers, wipes, and other baby necessities! She is all settled into her apartment and is expecting the arrival of her little one very soon!
