It is Family Promise of Ogden policy that all information obtained from or concerning guests (clients) is privileged communication and that sharing guest information without permission is inappropriate and unacceptable.
I understand that my responsibilities as a Family Promise of Ogden volunteer, board member or employee gives me access to privileged information which is not to be disclosed to any outside source without the specific permission of the guest.
I recognize that such confidentiality is vital to the effective operations of Family Promise of Ogden and the safety of our guests. I recognize that this obligation is a condition of my relationship with Family Promise of Ogden and if breached will lead to the termination of my association with Family promise of Ogden.
